XenArmor Asterisk Password Recovery Pro Personal 2021, or any of their password *Recovery* apps, attempt to show passwords you've setup, e.g. for an email account, that are already stored, hidden, somewhere in Windows. It doesn't always work -- it depends on where & how a password is stored -- but it can work... I recovered the password for an old email account we hadn't used for over a decade.

If you're after a password for something you've downloaded, probably best bet is to Google for a brute force password cracker.
