The conversion from pdf to docx works very well. I have a pdf (created from word) with very complicated formatting that I use to test pdf converters and thgis one does a very good job of the conversion.

It says that participation is voluntary but I can't find anywhere in the program settings to opt out of the Customer Experience Program
My suggestion for improvement in the product is to make it clear on the page https://www.bitwarsoft.com/pdf-converter that the download on that page is a TRIAL and for proper operation in needs to be bought, there is no indication that it is necesary to BUY or RENT the program to unlock the download. ANY normal person will feel deceived to not see any indication the download is a trial and there is a requirement to buy or rent a license to use the features described without undue restrictions. Current situation is what is commonly called a bait and switch which is illegal in many jurisdictions and plain dishonest in the rest.
I use PDF Shaper Free and it does most of what this program does..and more.
The clue is in the name...'Free' and it is updated about 3 times a year.
