Some thoughts:
1. Giveaway T&C "license is provided for 1 year" is confusing. Either the software comes with free version updates during the license duration, and possibly discounted upgrades to a completely new (replacement) version, or at expiry of license the software ceases to function unless renewed by a payment that may or may not be annually recurring. As the product website makes no mention of rentalware, the developer might like to think through just what it means by a 12-month license.
2. The product is said by its developer Fast PC Tools to clean up unwanted adware, unneeded toolbars, etc -- the kind of stuff which a computer user might inadvertently install along with software that was actually required. Fast PC Tools also says in its own T&Cs: "Our software applications are bundled with third party monetization service. This third party monetization service offers additional third party softwares during installation. You should use your own discretion when installing those third party softwares. It is not necessary to accept any of the offer to install our applications." Ah. Irony.
3. Piriform's CCleaner is one of the least aggressive, yet one of the most effective, junk cleaners out there and is free:
https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
CCleaner actually has more under the hood than a casual glance reveals; exploring it in detail is well worth any user's time.
4. Many browsers already allow the user to adjust the browser settings to clean out the cache and session cookies on exit. I'm on Firefox, so know from experience that Firefox definitely does.
5. Adware / malware cleaning is not always as straightforward a task as might be thought. For that reason, the jack-of-all-trades approach embodied in this software may not necessarily be for the best. For those who would like the idea of a step-by-step approach to the problem, renowned tech website Bleeping Computer has developed its own offering, RKill, which identifies adware / malware running processes and terminates them. RKill is free and available here:
https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/rkill/
(Note: RKill is non-aggressive, that is, it does not delete any files but instead leaves that job to a user's own anti-malware / antivirus software.)
6. Veteran anti-malware specialist Malwarebytes offers its own cleaner in the form of Junk Removal Tool (JRT):
https://www.malwarebytes.com/junkwareremovaltool
As with the BleepingComputer forum and its wide-ranging user interaction and support, so too with Malwarebytes, and a subforum that's actually specific to JRT:

In conclusion: those who like the idea of a one-stop cleanup solution should certainly take advantage of today's giveaway and try out for themselves Fast Browser Cleaner 2.0.0.9. Those who, like me, prefer to move on measured tread when it comes to computer housekeeping and protection may wish to look at the alternatives listed above.
I get excited when a program doesn’t make me yawn, and doesn’t try to scam or scare me. I really pay attention when it does things that no other program I’ve seen does, and does old-hat stuff better than anything I’ve ever seen. When I find that it’s truly free, with only a humble request for unspecified donations via Paypal, I ask my wife to pinch me and wake me up!
PrivaZer - Hard Drive Cleaner
The "clean and optimize your PC" field has been crowded for years with things like CCleaner, Advanced System Care, and many others. PrivaZer leaves them all gasping in its dust. The first time I ran PrivaZer, I was dazzled by the number of clean-up options it gave me. But I wasn’t confused, because they are clearly and cogently explained. A recommended option doesn’t just have the word “recommended” next to it; it includes a brief explanation of why it’s recommended and what it will do that’s different from other options. Wow! What a concept: treating users as if they have brain cells!
The first scan and clean-up of my laptop’s 450 GB hard drive (255 GB of free space) took over six hours and ten minutes, not because PrivaZer is slow but because it does an enormous amount of work. I have run Advanced System Care Pro on this machine at least once a week for a long time, but PrivaZer still found about a gigabyte of stuff it could trash or fix.
The fixes are good, too. My laptop’s performance is snappier than when it first came out of the box. The disk space recovered is unimportant because I had plenty of free space to begin with. But all my disk sectors – including free space - are now squeaky-clean of file fragments and other “smudges” that can corrupt data, make data difficult to read, and otherwise slow system performance. BTW there is a lot more with PrivaZer!
Tom, the comments your left are useless because they're for another product.
This is a post about Fast Browser Cleaner 2.0.0.9.
Whoa ! ,
Mind my Health of this " The license is provided for 1 year " issues ...
that's going up against all time's "FREE" Ccleaner.
why for heavens sake the author requests credit card info? with ccv ?
?
very suspicious request
black listed and uninstalled immediately
I've installed it last time it was given away, 1 year license as well , used it a couple of times to clean cache (which i could accomplish with ccleaner), uninstalled it. I think it's more useful as an adware/toolbars cleaner.

Ootje,
Adware heeft een andere ingang :-) !
Hoogst ironisch die plug waar een geregistreerd progje meekomt.
Da's eigenlijk het enige bezwaar dat ik geuit heb , als betalende klant , tegen AVG...
