Nice Image Editor today which does what it claims pretty well!!
It sports an impressive amount of powerful layer-based editing with powerful options (Brush, Pen, Magic Wand, Gradient, Erasure, Clone tool etc...), which altogether can make the enhancement of your images a breeze. And the price is just for once pretty cheap as well, considering the impressive array of advanced editing tools it can provide....so honestly, as far as I'm concerned, there's nothing to complain about!!

Dudes....despite appreciating very much your marvellous service, I believe that we'd need something NEW & ORIGINAL which cannot be found elsewhere using FREEWARE ALTERNATIVES (at least until Giovanni is here with his huge list of FREEWARE...LOL!!), otherwise it doesn't make sense to download any GAOTDs, taking also into account the impossibility to upgrade them to future versions.
In such case, why the earth should I install a software like this in my machine, without having the ability to update it, if the freeware "Stylepix" (first program above) can do the same things and even more for FREE without installing anything in my machine?
LOL...oh yes, I know what you think about me now: Giovanni is an awkard character here....give us troubles.... is that right??

Grey text on a black background. Yuk! I can't work with that.
Needs a standard UI.
Thought I'd see if this is better than paint.net. Actually it is. Was not impressed with the black/ Grey background at first but then I realised that the black background helps with visual enhancement of the image and doesn't strain my eyes with screen brightness. It will take a little time getting used to but a definite thumb up from me.

Anyway heres my comment (PERSONAL COMMENT)
I done installing, tried making a box and i am having troubles when changing the style of the box. (-5 to this app)
Changing the gradient color [fail] 'always black and white' (-1 agian)
starting the app Impressive but most of the interface are not that easy to use (-1)
I think before they releases this kind of application or software they might want to test it? so they can fix those bugs that i mentioned in number1.
So overall rating 2/10

For the guys who don't like the grey text:
I've found that it is possible to change the colour of most elements by editing the file "ui.xml". Unfortunately, there are many colours to change, but I've found that editing the following lines is sufficient to change the colour of the text and menu headers:
You may have to change other values in the xml file to suit your needs.
Remember that, if you're running Vista or Win7, you cannot directly edit the xml file located in the protected folder "Program files". You will have to copy it for example on your desktop, edit the copy, and replace the copy in the installation folder. Anyway, do a backup first!
IMO, the colours should be editable from the GUI, or, perhaps, the authors should provide several different xml files to easily select another colour scheme (or "skin" if you prefer) via a menu.
Otherwise, that program looks powerful and promising. Not tested it much though...

Op de laptop liep PaintSupreme meteen vast maar op de desktop gaat alles naar wens. Dus is de laptop de schuldige.
Het is frappant zoveel als het qua handelingen op de grote bewerkprogs lijkt. Ben je daaraan gewend dan kan je alles nu meteen vinden.
Maar waarin het nu echt anders is en daardoor een waardevolle aanvulling heb ik nog niet kunnen ontdekken.
Als je met een eerste fotobewerkprog wil starten is dit wel een leuke start omdat het je bij veel handelingen meteen leert hoe je met photoshop, psp, etc. kan werken.
Maar vanwege die lage prijs mag je natuurlijk niet verwachten dat er ook al een Nederlandstalige versie van is.

Zonder problemen gedownload en geregistreerd, maar bij gebruik loopt het progr. snel vast. Misschien vanwege mijn te wildwoest uitproberen.
Het lijkt qua handelingen bedrieglijk veel op de grote kanjers bewerkprogs. en ik vind het best dapper om dan toch te proberen iets anders op de markt te brengen.
Ik gun ze graag een kans, maar of het echt iets anders is, moet het me nog bewijzen. Ik hoop eigenlijk dat het qua schilderbewerkingen leuke mogelijkheden heeft. De naam doet wel iets in die richting verwachten.
Ben dus wel benieuwd of het bij jullie ook zo snel vastloopt.
't Was tot dusver uitproberen maar als je serieus met bijv. een foto bezig bent, is vastlopen natuurlijk rampzalig.

O ja, Ootje, ik vind die donkere achtergrond juist wel prettig omdat het je helemaal op werk, foto, etc. focust. Of fokust, focused.... Nou ja, jullie zijn goede verstaanders, dus daar zal ik 't hoofd maar niet meer over breken.

@8 Tanneke, voor 't geval 't niet lukt en je nog maar kort een Mac (misschien een iPad ?) hebt, er zijn op fotobewerk- en grafisch gebied veel Mac apps, vaak gratis of voor heel weinig geld te downloaden.

De Cameyo is gemaakt van de trial onder WinXP VM en staat in mijn Wuala-map
Onder Win7-64 gef de eerste start een rimpel. Even later liep het wel ok.

In mijn Wuala uitwisselmap staat een Cameyo portable, gemaakt op een virtuele XP en gestest op die XP en op een W7 64 desktop. Daar draait die niet in SandboxIE, maar wel zelfstandig.
Het kan zijn dat u ook de trial van vandaag kunt activeren met de sleutel van de readme. Die staat ook in de uitwisselmap.
