I replaced LastPass with this a few years back, and have since bought the lifetime license. They run a great sale during Black Friday where you can get that for around 30 bucks. It's worth every penny.
PROS
=> Runs in the background unobtrusively
=> Has tons of preferences, so if it's annoying you, you can fix it
=> There's a phone app! Because no one wants to type a jillion complicated
passwords into their phone
=> It logs you in nearly everywhere automatically
=> Nice customizable password generator I use all the time
=> No annoying email spam ever
=> Frequent enough updates
CONS
=> There is old password data I don't know how to get rid of
=> I used to be able to use this AND Google password manager, but now I
can only use one or the other at a time
=> Sometimes it simply doesn't save a password when it should, this about 1
out of 50 times
Overall, I recommend Sticky Password and I've actually bought licenses for family and friends. Great piece of software. Thanks for letting me know about it GAOTD.

They and their various resellers run that offer quite regularly. So you not have to wait till the next Black Friday.
I agree it is a very good product. There is only one thing missing: a Linux version. On my Linux machines, I have a virtual W7 64 Pro that runs this and other Windows software I cannot live without. So I can copy-paste passwords to applications in the Linux environment. And vice versa.
