Hi, it says on one line is Lifetime License. At bottom says for limited time offer.
What is the time this is able for using without having to purchase?

Lifetime license = after you download it and install it (before the offer expires), the license for that version will never expire and you can use it forever on the device you installed it on e.g. laptop or desktop.
Limited time offer = you have only a limited time in which to download and install it for free before the offer runs out, otherwise you would have to purchase a license.
