I've installed it ok BUT the city where I live, Buenos Aires, Argentina, national capital of my country doesn't appear in the cities' list, so I can`t use the software. So sorry, it isn`t usefull for me. Many thanks anyway.
Jorge, Thanks for reporting. City available in cities database, but it doesn't fit into max search results - there are too many 'Buenos Aires'. Because most of our customers are from US, we missed this limitation. This will be fixed asap, in next update.
At this moment, you can enter coordinates manually, according to google maps 34.6037, 58.3816, so You can use it right now, without waiting for update.
Got it to install and run without a problem on win 10. Clean interface and fairly easy to navigate. Not sure how much I would trust the "advice" from this app concerning avoiding certain things because of how full the moon is, I.E. it's telling me to avoid any confrontation with upper management until the moon is out of the Aquarius. Never put much stock in these things. It does however, give a beautiful diagram of the moon, and it's current phase for any city you set, including moonrise and moonset times. Might keep this for awhile just as a novelty item, doubt it will last more than a month though.
Awesome design and good functionality. Professional app, not a 'kids like', or moon phase without explanations....

I sent an improvement to VeBest Moonlight.

Vandaag een Setup zonder taalkeuze met het invoeren van de code uit de Readme:

Ik heb met Google een beetje rondgekeken op het internet en nog geen werkende oplossing gevonden voor deze geïnstalleerde Win10.

Ik heb de Runtime 2013 nog een keer geïnstalleerd en kreeg de vraag: verwijderen of repareren.
Na reparatie heb ik Win10-64Pro opnieuw gestart en ik kon de software toch niet werkend krijgen.
Even laten zoeken op de bewuste DLL gaf dit resultaat:
