De Filemanager Winuscon 10, het geheel in een van Windows, is volledig herschreven vanaf de grond opgebouwd. Als u niet de tijd of de neiging om te graven door Windows-menu ' s zelf, Winuscon biedt gecentraliseerde toegang tot vele Windows 10 functies en functies van een enkele, aantrekkelijke interface. The system requirements stated here seems to be the correct data while the installers text misleadingly states very restricted requirements that my AMD based Windows Vista machine, now running this does not meet.

About the security risks you mentioned: most installers just add all kind of keys to the registry without asking for your permission. This giveaway does ask for permission to add the keys you can see in the programme folder. They are:

They seem quite harmless. You are free to prevent the installer to add these registry keys. It will mean you will miss some functionality.

Could it be that your unspecified AMD processor is compatible to an Intel I3, I5 or I7?
Personally, I read requirements like this to mean that the maker has tested his software on machines that conform to his specs and found it to run correctly. A software writer is not interested in discovering on what processors his software will not run.
I tested the software on a refurbished HP desktop with an AMD Athlon II X2 B28 Processor, on a virtual ThinPC. That is a Windows 7 version you will find in a cash machine and the like. See https://betawiki.net/wiki/Windows_Thin_PC.

M. H., If Windows Explorer looked like this by default most windows users would be overwhelmed by the sheer amount of buttons and tabs and possible operations. This requires too much screen real-estate to be usable in my experience. It probably does fill a need for some but the vast majority of the operations scattered about the menu are not needed by most private users/non developers.
